  1. Anyone Looking To Play?

Hey everyone! I just picked up ED: H and I am HOOKED! I've been playing in solo mode to get the hang of playing and whatnot but it's getting a little lonely out there in space and I could use some company! I'm not a pro player by ANY means but am very familiar with space sims and flight sims so I'm not a newb either haha. I mainly bounty hunt and do trade runs but I'm still on my first ship (a fully upgraded viper mkiv) so I'm limited haha. I'm currently aligned to Zachary Hudson but haven't done much yet with the power play as I figure it'd probably be best to do that with friends! I'm usually on every day and have been learning more and more about the game. If we can get enough people playing we could set up a discord and start teaching people how to space Anyways get at me in discord I'm usually hanging out in the Tarkov channel. Let's get this going!

  3. On March 9th, 2017 En Masse Entertainment announced that they would be bringing the popular Free 2 Play MMO TERA to XBOX One and Playstation 4 sometime in 2017. While there's not much information about when it'll be released to the consoles or if there will be a cross platform experience, this is great news for Tera fans everywhere. It shows that a game that was released back in 2011 is still actively being developed and En Masse Entertainment and Bluehole are looking to see what they can do to bring the Tera experience to even more players! If you would like to be a beta tester for Tera on console just head over to their beta sign up page which you can find HERE. 5. If you haven't checked out THIS ARTICLE that @WELL_M3rcy posted recently, well you missed out on a great read and you'll definitely want to do that after this. We just wanted to get you all interested in a new Free To Play MMO that's coming soon - Revelation Online! Revelation Online is a breathtaking MMO where you embark on amazing adventures, explore numerous PVP modes, enjoy multiple unique classes, and embolden yourself through countless character creation options. Here's some videos to check out: And here's some information about the classes: Blademaster: As secondary tanks and close combat specialists they combine their twin blade damage with escape skills allowing them to cut through wave after wave of enemies. Their heavy reliance on melee attacks leaves them open to ranged attacks. Vanguard: These steel walls rely on melee combat. Their chief strength is surviving battles of attrition, rather than dealing burst damage. Swordmage: While wielding a falchion they are focused on powerful magic damage, specializing in area of effect spells. They invest all of their energy in sharpened elemental magic, leaving them relatively vulnerable to focused attacks. Occultist: They deliver a wide variety of dark offensive spells, from damage-over-time, to area-of-effect attacks, to those that deal damage while siphoning enemy health. Occultists can directly heal allies as well. Spiritshaper: As summoners and healers they are relatively easy to play and have great survival skills. They are highly sought after on teams for their support and deceitfully high damage output. Gunslinger: With high precise damage they hunt down individual targets from afar or use advanced weaponry for mid-range deterrence. Gunslingers have few control skills and are less effective in close combat. While we'd love to write up more for you, we think you should head over to Mercy's topic and read all that he's written about the game to get a full in-depth look at it! View full article

  7. Hey guys!   Nightcast here. Been playing PC/Console games since I was but a bean sprout.   Went from NES, SEGA, Dreamcast, Gamecube, N64, PC (Still PC today), Xbox 360, Xbox One.   On MMO/FPS Games you'll mostly see me as either: Nighcast  (or) SirSkullfire   Games I currently play?    PC: Blade & Soul Minecraft League of Legends And just about anything I end up purchasing on Steam (Since I own 100+ legit bought games).   Edit: For curious minds, my IGN on LoL is: Nightcast   Xbox One: None. Have not touched the console for over a year now. And i'll soon end up going back anyways since I mainly play FPS games on it and CoD/BF series are my favorites. But i'm afraid my heart still stays with PC at the moment. Nevertheless ill return to Xbox One and enjoy gaming on both worlds.   'Cause ask any Gamer, any True Gamer... No matter what you play on... Gaming is gaming.     How did I find ADK? Through Bing search: League of Legends gaming community Appearing on the list on the first page of the search.   Hope to get along well with members of ADK! See you all around! Oh and yeah i'll use TS3.
  8. Hello, I'd just like to explain a new game to our community. It's called Albion Online. It is currently a Closed Beta. It was released November 23rd 2015. I'd call this game a perfect mix between SWTOR/WOW, Dota 2 and Diablo 3. This game has a no-class no-restriction player customization aspect. You can make your character at the start of the game and work your way up to the class of your choice depending on what you spend your "skills" and invest your time into doing in the game. The more work you put in, the deeper you dive into that class eg. If you spend your time hunting animals with your bow, your archery options/abilities/crafting will expand. If you spend your time on your private island using/building your personal farm and providing for your guild or making profit, your farming options/abilities/crafting will expand. There are many many different ways to play and that is why I love the game and want our community to come and join me on it. Also, a huge factor of the game is obviously the PvP/GvG. GvG is 5v5 combat the winners can earn, the losers gear, permanent territory (if you defend it), resources, buildings/villages and sometimes you can win the opponent's guild. If the fighting/PvP/GvG lifestyle isn't for you. You can always retreat to your private island, gather materials, build a farm and sell these for profit or donate it to your guild/friends to help in their wars. Since the game is currently in Closed Beta, you do have to pay for access. There are three packages; Legendary, Epic, and Veteran. I've purchased Legendary. If you'd like more information on Albion Online head over to: https://albiononline.com and be sure to send me a message if you're getting the game or any questions. :)   -I'm currently attempting to get a TS area for the game for all that will be playing.   -Shoutout to @[member='Pte.Thorium'] for bringing the game to my attention.    Thanks :)
  9. Eternal Crusade

A game called Eternal crusade is coming out soon for closed beta tests and it seems likely to be VERY similar to Planetside 2. Its going to be an open world Massively Multiplayer Online game. I'm going to buy a founders package because I'm a 40k Fanatic and totally excited about it. But... Will ADK gaming get involved with it too? It'd be awesome if it did. I'll even be willing to act as ADK's leader for the game when they open up the formations for guilds.   He's the link to the FAQ for the game: https://www.eternalcrusade.com/faq   Yes it is in dev. still but it looks promising.
  10. Nice to be here

Hello, Its nice to meet everyone.   I am a 30 year old substitute teacher looking for friends to play games with.  I recently moved to a new area so I don't know a lot of people.  I love to try new games.  I currently play FFXIV14, LoL, Smite, Infinite Crisis, and Marvel Heroes.  I recently downloaded ArcheAge.  Other games I plan to get soon are Planetside 2, DayZ or H1Z1 and Battlefield 4.  My gtag on most games is lostryu.
  11. First time I heard of the name of the game I thought that this is just like American Football but I was wrong, the game is actually a soccer game. Popularly known in the other parts of the world and is almost treated as their religion in terms of being fans outside the United States. One of most popular game is the FIFA series with so many release and the most known would be the FIFA 12 which can be played in a console or in a desktop. It can be played by a single player or can also be a multiplayer with different modes to choose from. However, Freestyle Football is on whole new different league. In real life, the game is actually just a show off of skills and exhibitions of dribbling the ball. In the game, you can actually use the freestyle skills to score a goal and this is not the only thing that this game separates it from the other games. The game has this urban themed atmosphere, where you can play the game with just what you are wearing. Customization is just one of the many features of this game. You can decide what will your character be look like, what to wear and what are the skills that you want to have depending on your taste, making it very personal to your preference. You can play this game online, making the competition in a global scale, where you will meet different people with different preferences in skills and personality. It also has an option for you to use a controller, if you are not used to using the keyboard for gaming, now you can have an edge in a game using your own preferred controller. The game has different modes to choose from, you can try to train first to familiarize the controls and the skills of the game. You can try out your skills by defeating the AI in scoring mode or the football and futsal mode where you can compete with your friends on a global scale. You can also compete with your friends, be rivals and show off your hidden talents using the freestyle football skills that are available in the game. Like other sports, teamwork is necessary to win the game and since you are controlling only one character, you and your friends will always be dependent on each other’s skill to win a match, making the game more enjoyable to play. Another key to win is coordination, since you only have one character to control; constant communication is needed to coordinate your team’s next move and win the match. Freestyle Football is more than a league, its more than just a game of football, with your personal touch; it is more likely you will feel that you are the one that is kicking the ball to the rather than the virtual character that you choose. For more information regarding the game, you check the website of the game athttp://football.gamekiss.com/main.jce to download and play the game. Enjoy!
  12. Freestyle Skills

In every sport there are specific skills that are needed for a player to contribute to the success of his team in a match. Like Basketball which is composed of Guards, Forwards and a Center, each has a specific task to do inside the court. In Freestyle Football, an MMO sport online game, set of skills are needed to win a match. Composed of a Forward, Mid-fielder, Defender and a Goal Keeper, they have specific functions inside the field to perform. Forward is responsible for attacking the goal of the opponent, specific skills that needed are Curve Kick, Diving Header, Sliding Shot and Quick Shot. There are other skills that are needed for receiving and dribbling the ball but since this position is responsible for attacking the goal of the other team, we just highlighted the attacking skills of this position. Mid-Fielder is responsible for handling the ball and assisting the forward in attacking the opponent’s goal. These mostly involve dribbling and passing skills like Ground Cross, Early Cross, Dodge, Space Pass, Lobbing Pass and Curve Pass. The Defender rarely seen in the opponent’s side of the court to attack, mainly its responsibility is to defend, and that is to prevent the ball from ever reaching the goal keeper. Skills needed are mostly for tackle and blocking the ball, skills like Bicycle Clear, Overhead Clear, Turning Tackle, Covering, Long SLD Tackle, Grab and Pull and Persistent Tackle. The Goal Keeper’s responsibility is to keep the goal and prevent the opponent from ever letting the ball go inside the goal. This position in the game is not playable unless the game goes into the penalty round where one of the players will be the goal keeper but as far as a regular match is concern, this position is being played by an AI player. However, you should not underestimate the AI because they are much better keeper of the goal in the game than a regular player. Above all the skills that we have discussed here, there is one skill that tops it all and that is teamwork. Since this is a group game, teamwork is necessary to win every match and without it you will simply lose a match. You can check the game at www.gamekiss.com
  13. Character Customization

Gears and sport jerseys plays a vital role in recognizing a certain team in any sport. It maintains an orderly appearance of players in every team. In football, the usual gaming gear that players are sporting is a shirt and shorts matched with spiked football shoes and long socks. Some players also wear headbands, wristbands, accessories that not only making the players have their style but also has physical aspect purposes. Sport jerseys are nice. People even buy sport gears even though some are not really players. But do you know where these uniforms are considered as lame? In games, wearing default uniform is lame. In fact in games, when you are wearing a typical uniform, first impression that reflects your character is it is a noob (Happened to me a lot of times, but I proved them wrong. Ha!). The weirder you look, the better it is. In Freestyle Football, you can define your fashion statement by choosing in the wide range of selection of items available in the in-game shop. But with a twist, some items available are unconventionally convenient for a football game, like Halloween costumes, unusual helmets like Lego heads, back packs, oversized hand gloves, beach slippers, a rubber ducky tube, or even wear only undergarments. And of course yes, you read this right. Here as you see, my FW is wearing stock items that are automatically acquired when you created a new one. He looks like a generic trying-hard-hardcore-football-fan guy. Or a varsity jock that everyone secretly hates. Now I will have him a total make over. Now he looks like a football player with those gears, or a member of some k-pop group because of that hair But the point is he looks a pro footballer already despite the fact he is just level 3. I feel I can play with other players with this get up. But I like to experiment on his looks more; I found some items very interesting. Where is this guy going? Is he going on a party? Is he seriously wearing those flops and start dribbling the ball? What’s with that bunny gloves? Why is he wearing all of that? The answer is; why not? There is even an item where your character will wear only undergarment. Weird stuffs are available for your character like rubber ducky tubes and a training tire (the tire is attached on the players’ back) but I didn’t managed to purchase one because some items are acquired when you reached a certain level. It is really fulfilling to customize your character’s look in any game. But remember that looks is not the primary aspect in gaming; it is the skill and your performance
  14. 5. FreeStyle Football FreeStyle Football is a free-to-play, multiplayer online football game created by JoyCity Entertainment and managed by GameKiss for the PC. Gameplay In traditional football games, you normally control or manage a football team. It gives you the feeling of being a manager or a coach. In FreeStyle Football each user becomes an individual player and forms a team. Everyone has a vital role and true team play makes this game work. 4. Dragon Nest Dragon Nest is a free-to-play fantasy MMORPG developed by Eyedentity. It uses a non-targeting combat system ensuring that players have complete control over every single one of their character's movements. Dragon Nest requires users to advance their characters by teaming up and traveling into instanced dungeons. Gameplay Dragon Nest incorporates non-targeting system gameplay to create a fast paced action filled experience. Players choose from a range of hero classes, characters that are of the Dragon Nest storyline that can equip customizable gear and weapons. Characters exist in worlds. These characters cannot interact with one another, including the exception of mailing each other. Devastating skills can also be learned, to increase one's power when defeating monsters in instanced dungeons or defeating other players in PVP. Dragon Nest also has the advantage of being nearly completely skill based, with lower level characters being able to defeat high level characters in PVP with skill alone. This allows a more experienced player that is of a lower level to dominate a less experienced player of a higher level player in PVP. 3. Dota 2 Dota 2 is a 2013 multiplayer online battle arena video game and the stand-alone sequel to the Defense of the Ancients (DotA) Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod. Developed by Valve Corporation, Dota 2 was released as a free-to-play title for Microsoft Windows, OS X and Linux in July 2013, concluding a Windows-only public beta testing phase that began in 2011. The game is available exclusively through Valve's content-delivery platform, Steam. Dota 2 is played in discrete matches involving two five-player teams, each of which occupies a stronghold at a corner of the map. Each stronghold contains a building called the "Ancient", which the opposite team must destroy to win the match. Each player controls a "Hero" character and focuses on leveling up, collecting gold, acquiring items and fighting against the other team to achieve victory. Development of Dota 2 began in 2009, when the developer of the DotA mod, IceFrog, was hired by Valve as lead designer. Dota 2 was praised by video game critics, who lauded its rewarding gameplay, enhanced production quality and faithfulness to its predecessor. However, the game was criticized for its steep learning curve and inhospitable community. Dota 2 has become the most actively played game on Steam, with daily peaks of over 800,000 concurrent players. Gameplay Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena game; its gameplay focuses on combat in a three-dimensional environment, presented from an oblique high-angle perspective. The player may command a single controllable character called a "Hero", which is chosen from a selection pool of 108. Each Hero begins the match at level one but may become more powerful by accumulating experience through combat, thereby leveling up. With every level gained—the maximum is twenty-five—the player may either select a new ability for their Hero to learn or enhance their general statistics. The Hero's methods of combat are influenced by their primary property – Strength, Agility, or Intelligence. Dota 2 features a host of items, which the player may store in a small inventory. Said items may be acquired predominantly through purchase by gold, the in-game currency. Items vary in function: some enhance the statistics of a Hero, while others grant additional abilities. The player automatically receives small increments of gold continuously, though they can obtain more by destroying enemies. Killing non-player characters grants gold only to the player who lands the final blow, whereas killing enemy Heroes grants gold to the player's nearby allies as well. Destroying Towers or killing Roshan gives gold to all players on the team. "Denying" is a feature of the game where players inhibit the enemy's ability to accumulate gold and experience by killing an allied unit or destroying an allied structure before the enemy can do so. Each match of Dota 2 takes place on a functionally symmetrical map that features the strongholds of two warring factions, the Radiant and the Dire. The Radiant is based at the southwest corner of the map, while the Dire is based at the northeast corner; the two sides are divided by a river that runs perpendicular to the central lane. These factions are defended by up to five players each, and are pitted against one another to compete as the defenders for their respective Ancient. In each stronghold is a critical structure called the "Ancient", a fountain that provide health and lesser structures. These bases are connected by three paths, referred to as "lanes" – two run parallel with the edges of the map, while one runs directly between the two bases. The lanes are guarded by defensive Towers, as well as autonomous characters called "creeps", which periodically spawn in groups and traverse the lanes, attacking enemies they encounter. Featured across the map are hostile characters referred to as "neutrals", which are not aligned to either faction and are primarily located in the forests. Located in a tarn on the northeast side of the river is a "boss" called "Roshan", who typically requires multiple team members to kill and drops powerful items. Dota 2 features a variety of seasonal events, which provide players with the option of playing the game with special game modes that alter the aesthetics and objectives. With the seasonal event game modes, the central focus of the game shifts away from the standard battle composition, in order to focus on new objectives central to the seasonal events. So far, there have been three seasonal events: the Halloween-themed Diretide event, the Christmas-themed Frostivus event, and the New Bloom Festival, which celebrates the coming of spring. 2. Ragnarok Online Ragnarök Online often referred to as RO, is a Korean massive multiplayer online role-playing game or MMORPG created by GRAVITY Co., Ltd. based on the manhwa Ragnarok by Lee Myung-jin. It was first released in South Korea on 31 August 2002 for Microsoft Windows and has since been released in many other locales around the world. The game has spawned an animated series, Ragnarok the Animation, and a sequel game, Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second. Player characters exist in a world with a player environment that gradually changes with the passage of time. Major changes in the features and history of the world take place as episodes in the RO timeline. Player characters interact in a 3D environment but are represented by 2D character sprites for front, back, side and diagonal facings. Gameplay The major types of server-supported gameplay are Player vs Environment, Guild vs Guild, Player vs Player. Also supported by the game server are Group vs Group, Arena Combat, Player vs Monster, Player vs All, and various other specific scenarios at designated instance locations in the game world. NPC-run challenges and contests are also available with prizes, awards, and/or in a specific hall of fame listing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjjqXcQL26s 1. RF Online RF Online, originally named 'Rising Force', is a 3D MMORPG developed by CCR. The first version of the game was released in South Korea and was later followed by Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Portuguese and English translations. The North American/European version of the game launched its retail phase on February 21, 2006. A mixture of science fiction and classic fantasy, RF Online is set in a distant planet in the Novus system where magic exists alongside high technology. Like most MMORPGs it follows the typical fantasy setting complete with swords and sorcery, but it also emphasizes the three-way Race vs. Race vs. Race (RvRvR) concept and modern/futuristic technology such as mecha and nuclear weapons. The NA/EU game service was brought down as of November 9, 2008, due to licence expiration. However, the developers, CCR have started to relaunch the game hosting it themselves for NA/EU. In August 2012, RF Online was confirmed to relaunch stateside via the publisher GamesCampus. RFO is currently a free-to-play game. RF Online version 1.5 launched via the publisher GamesCampus Europe in April 2013. Gameplay As with many MMORPGs, the player will select one race and fight monsters to gain experience points. RFO is populated with many different monsters across many areas. At the start of the game, a character will be led through an in-game guide of the basic commands for the game. From there, the character will be exposed to a series of quests which will familiarize him/her with their character's headquarters. As the character progresses in level, his/her quests may take them out to aggressive maps, where he/she will be exposed to the player killing Features of the game. One quest given in the Sette Desert on low levels makes players aware of constant presence and danger of enemy races.

  18. Pathfinder?

Have any of you looked into this? Sounds pretty cool. I play Pathfinder tabletop, and it's far better IMO than D&D. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1675907842/pathfinder-online-a-fantasy-sandbox-mmo
