Could this be a change for the better which has companies standing up to cheating websites that are for profit like League Sharp? If you're not sure what I'm talking about check out this Lawsuit that was filed by Riot Games against League Sharp (L#) Riot lawsuit by Brian Crecente on Scribd TL;DR version of the above is that L# is being said by Riot that they have violated the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) by circumventing anti-cheating mechanisms and they weren't happy about it. But there's a fine line here that some people might say "how are cheating bots considered illegal? And how can Riot sue?" Well the DMCA has some broad terms that can be interpreted to mean whatever you want them to mean, and in the court of law depending on if it's a judge or jury it could be seen as harmful and when accepting money for circumventing measures that Riot Games has in place that's where it can be seen as 'illegal'. Granted I think most could say we don't want the Government running every aspect of our lives and I think Riot Games probably agree with that as well as they did try to handle this dispute without litigation by asking L# to cease their activities. But it appears that L# didn't want to go that route and even doxxed a Riot Games employee and even threatened them and posted comments on the employees Facebook that were seen as offensive. On top of that they even formed a parent company to hold any copyrights to TRY To avoid legal action, but we now see how well that worked out. So my question to all of you is; do you think this will help developers of games prevent cheating in game and help them crack down on these websites that are 'pay for cheats'? Is this going to stop cheating forever? No, it's not and I doubt anyone thinks it will but could this serve as a deterrent for anyone doing something similar to L#? Eventhough it doesn't even appear to have an impact on them at this time. Let us know your thoughts about this entire situation that took place between Riot Games (League of Legends) and League Sharp (L#) View full article

Request refund of 27.1.2015 donation as ADK just as dirty as AEK & ELS etc.
kingal72 posted a topic in Battlefield 4
Just played my very last bf4 game in ADK EU 5. It's blatantly obviously AEK and ELS GuixTm & the others cheat Diemexo etc. AEK every single day impersonate ADK admin, every single day refuse to adhere to English only rule, both are ban offenses, this is on top of the obvious cheating. Bearing in mind how harsh and oppressive some of the responses were from ADK members to my previous post about AEK and ELS.... the only logical conclusion is that ADK are dirty and cheat as well so I want nothing to do with ADK but of course want my money back. To be punished for making a complaint.... that is SO wrong on so many levels so enough is enough. I've taken a day out... had a few games..... grinned and beared it despite obvious cheating...... I can't do it so realise I would eventually as the innocent person would eventually be banned for trying to complain highlight cheat. ADK ask for the impossible.....they know this..... so this means some ADK cheat as well...... again it's the only logical explanation and I cannot beat that. Some of you turn blind eye to hackers because it means you lose face when it's found that AEK and ESL do cheat..... I'm in a lose lose situation. Do enjoy being hypocrital with no integrity, honesty nor honour. I'm out of here. I tried really hard you know!- 6 replies

every once in a while someone takes advantage of this "glitch" (hate using that term), causing an unpleasant view of the game, server, and even ADK management. Its frustrating to know that this is allowed in metro, and there is no punishment for this. I was so frustrated that i recorded some of it. (had way more got deleted  ) check it out. In one round he killed me about 15-0. VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G40n1KbuKOE&feature=youtu.be This is from a recent thread: By ColColonCleaner Enough! This is getting out of hand. Vilefaith is correct, that is how the mechanic works. We handle bipod glitching with warning, kill, kick, then ban. And the criteria for it are as follows: Watch them reload. If after the reload animation is complete their gun does a large re-align it's a red flag. For those uninformed: When reloading a bipodded weapon, your weapon rotates to point straight forward in front of your body, and after the reload is complete it automatically returns to whatever angle you had it at before pressing reload. This rotation can be up to about 45 degrees, so the more drastic the motion, the more they are embedded in the wall. Due to the way character models are aligned, the gun can be completely inside what they are hiding behind, for an LMG this usually means their hands and the gun's ammo box are inside the wall in front of them. Watch for sparks or bullet impact on the wall in front of them. Your computer thinks they are shooting the wall 2 inches in front of their face (since that's where the gun is on everyone else's screen), but they are actually shooting around the corner and the bullets are going down range. End of story. Topic locked      :o  Please just hear me out on this one. Give the admins some type of power to maybe give players who do this a warning, tell them hey ppl are complaining...could you not do that. see how that works. My view of it is that everyone that comes to BF4 is there to have fun. If a large group of ppl (almost the entire server and many ADk members, including an admin or two) are complaining then maybe something ought to be done. Thats all I ask. :ph34r2:   :D   :ph34r2:
