So I googled it, and you guys came up, checked you out and decided to join yours! I'm turning 21 June 28th and I just got my associates degree in liberal studies so I have an approximate knowledge of many things! Long term goal is to get my Bioengineering Masters Degree at Temple though! I love creating digital music in FL Studio, and teaching myself instruments. I had a plan to create a vlogging channel or livestream, but I just moved into my cousins and they aren't too supportive of video games, so doing that would be a big no no haha. So I thought maybe blogging about games. I wanted to join a community first and get used to this side of things. Happy to talk any time! I'll play any Iphone games with you guys and PC games when I get the chance! thanks for reading!

  11. Final Stand? Hardly

For those of you who are great Battlefield series fanatics, you have seen the ups and downs of the series, primarily in the Single Player Campaign area, as well as the latest mutliplayer in Battlefield 4, preceding the latest "SOS" multiplayer patches, which was primarily fixed due to the launch of the CTE (Community Test Environment). But it seems like DICE and EA are trying to make it up with their last two DLC's, Final Stand, and, well one we do not have a name for yet. But it is confirmed that Battlefield 4 DLC does not end with Final Stand. As a statement released by EA News seen HERE, they have decided to create yet another DLC for Battlefield 4. This time, they are looking for nothing but player and community feedback on which classic maps you would like to see in the next Battlefield 4 DLC (You can actually participate in the poll HERE). What is even better? The DLC will be completely free. Yes, free, confirmed by a developer over twitter. Recently the DICE development team has been going back to Battlefield 3, most likely to consider new maps for the DLC, and the fluid gameplay. I would not be surprised if many people vote for classic maps from Battlefield: Bad Company 2, as this game seemed to have a lot of positive feedback from the community. There is still more information to be released as EA and DICE seem to be trying to have this information secretive for now, as expected.  As a tribute to this article, you can now buy Battlefield 4 for $5 HERE. Also, expect another beta for Hardline before it releases!  @[member=Virtue]
  12. 5. FreeStyle Football FreeStyle Football is a free-to-play, multiplayer online football game created by JoyCity Entertainment and managed by GameKiss for the PC. Gameplay In traditional football games, you normally control or manage a football team. It gives you the feeling of being a manager or a coach. In FreeStyle Football each user becomes an individual player and forms a team. Everyone has a vital role and true team play makes this game work. 4. Dragon Nest Dragon Nest is a free-to-play fantasy MMORPG developed by Eyedentity. It uses a non-targeting combat system ensuring that players have complete control over every single one of their character's movements. Dragon Nest requires users to advance their characters by teaming up and traveling into instanced dungeons. Gameplay Dragon Nest incorporates non-targeting system gameplay to create a fast paced action filled experience. Players choose from a range of hero classes, characters that are of the Dragon Nest storyline that can equip customizable gear and weapons. Characters exist in worlds. These characters cannot interact with one another, including the exception of mailing each other. Devastating skills can also be learned, to increase one's power when defeating monsters in instanced dungeons or defeating other players in PVP. Dragon Nest also has the advantage of being nearly completely skill based, with lower level characters being able to defeat high level characters in PVP with skill alone. This allows a more experienced player that is of a lower level to dominate a less experienced player of a higher level player in PVP. 3. Dota 2 Dota 2 is a 2013 multiplayer online battle arena video game and the stand-alone sequel to the Defense of the Ancients (DotA) Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod. Developed by Valve Corporation, Dota 2 was released as a free-to-play title for Microsoft Windows, OS X and Linux in July 2013, concluding a Windows-only public beta testing phase that began in 2011. The game is available exclusively through Valve's content-delivery platform, Steam. Dota 2 is played in discrete matches involving two five-player teams, each of which occupies a stronghold at a corner of the map. Each stronghold contains a building called the "Ancient", which the opposite team must destroy to win the match. Each player controls a "Hero" character and focuses on leveling up, collecting gold, acquiring items and fighting against the other team to achieve victory. Development of Dota 2 began in 2009, when the developer of the DotA mod, IceFrog, was hired by Valve as lead designer. Dota 2 was praised by video game critics, who lauded its rewarding gameplay, enhanced production quality and faithfulness to its predecessor. However, the game was criticized for its steep learning curve and inhospitable community. Dota 2 has become the most actively played game on Steam, with daily peaks of over 800,000 concurrent players. Gameplay Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena game; its gameplay focuses on combat in a three-dimensional environment, presented from an oblique high-angle perspective. The player may command a single controllable character called a "Hero", which is chosen from a selection pool of 108. Each Hero begins the match at level one but may become more powerful by accumulating experience through combat, thereby leveling up. With every level gained—the maximum is twenty-five—the player may either select a new ability for their Hero to learn or enhance their general statistics. The Hero's methods of combat are influenced by their primary property – Strength, Agility, or Intelligence. Dota 2 features a host of items, which the player may store in a small inventory. Said items may be acquired predominantly through purchase by gold, the in-game currency. Items vary in function: some enhance the statistics of a Hero, while others grant additional abilities. The player automatically receives small increments of gold continuously, though they can obtain more by destroying enemies. Killing non-player characters grants gold only to the player who lands the final blow, whereas killing enemy Heroes grants gold to the player's nearby allies as well. Destroying Towers or killing Roshan gives gold to all players on the team. "Denying" is a feature of the game where players inhibit the enemy's ability to accumulate gold and experience by killing an allied unit or destroying an allied structure before the enemy can do so. Each match of Dota 2 takes place on a functionally symmetrical map that features the strongholds of two warring factions, the Radiant and the Dire. The Radiant is based at the southwest corner of the map, while the Dire is based at the northeast corner; the two sides are divided by a river that runs perpendicular to the central lane. These factions are defended by up to five players each, and are pitted against one another to compete as the defenders for their respective Ancient. In each stronghold is a critical structure called the "Ancient", a fountain that provide health and lesser structures. These bases are connected by three paths, referred to as "lanes" – two run parallel with the edges of the map, while one runs directly between the two bases. The lanes are guarded by defensive Towers, as well as autonomous characters called "creeps", which periodically spawn in groups and traverse the lanes, attacking enemies they encounter. Featured across the map are hostile characters referred to as "neutrals", which are not aligned to either faction and are primarily located in the forests. Located in a tarn on the northeast side of the river is a "boss" called "Roshan", who typically requires multiple team members to kill and drops powerful items. Dota 2 features a variety of seasonal events, which provide players with the option of playing the game with special game modes that alter the aesthetics and objectives. With the seasonal event game modes, the central focus of the game shifts away from the standard battle composition, in order to focus on new objectives central to the seasonal events. So far, there have been three seasonal events: the Halloween-themed Diretide event, the Christmas-themed Frostivus event, and the New Bloom Festival, which celebrates the coming of spring. 2. Ragnarok Online Ragnarök Online often referred to as RO, is a Korean massive multiplayer online role-playing game or MMORPG created by GRAVITY Co., Ltd. based on the manhwa Ragnarok by Lee Myung-jin. It was first released in South Korea on 31 August 2002 for Microsoft Windows and has since been released in many other locales around the world. The game has spawned an animated series, Ragnarok the Animation, and a sequel game, Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second. Player characters exist in a world with a player environment that gradually changes with the passage of time. Major changes in the features and history of the world take place as episodes in the RO timeline. Player characters interact in a 3D environment but are represented by 2D character sprites for front, back, side and diagonal facings. Gameplay The major types of server-supported gameplay are Player vs Environment, Guild vs Guild, Player vs Player. Also supported by the game server are Group vs Group, Arena Combat, Player vs Monster, Player vs All, and various other specific scenarios at designated instance locations in the game world. NPC-run challenges and contests are also available with prizes, awards, and/or in a specific hall of fame listing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjjqXcQL26s 1. RF Online RF Online, originally named 'Rising Force', is a 3D MMORPG developed by CCR. The first version of the game was released in South Korea and was later followed by Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Portuguese and English translations. The North American/European version of the game launched its retail phase on February 21, 2006. A mixture of science fiction and classic fantasy, RF Online is set in a distant planet in the Novus system where magic exists alongside high technology. Like most MMORPGs it follows the typical fantasy setting complete with swords and sorcery, but it also emphasizes the three-way Race vs. Race vs. Race (RvRvR) concept and modern/futuristic technology such as mecha and nuclear weapons. The NA/EU game service was brought down as of November 9, 2008, due to licence expiration. However, the developers, CCR have started to relaunch the game hosting it themselves for NA/EU. In August 2012, RF Online was confirmed to relaunch stateside via the publisher GamesCampus. RFO is currently a free-to-play game. RF Online version 1.5 launched via the publisher GamesCampus Europe in April 2013. Gameplay As with many MMORPGs, the player will select one race and fight monsters to gain experience points. RFO is populated with many different monsters across many areas. At the start of the game, a character will be led through an in-game guide of the basic commands for the game. From there, the character will be exposed to a series of quests which will familiarize him/her with their character's headquarters. As the character progresses in level, his/her quests may take them out to aggressive maps, where he/she will be exposed to the player killing Features of the game. One quest given in the Sette Desert on low levels makes players aware of constant presence and danger of enemy races.
  13. [HOW TO] Free Steam Games

In this thread I will show you an easy, free, and legal way to add extra free games to your Steam Library.  (Note: This requires the use of another persons login information. Only do this with people you trust) Steps: Step 1: Open up the Steam Client application on your computer Step 2: With the application open, click on "Steam" located in the very upper left hand corner of the screen. Step 3: Navigate down to "Settings" Step 4: Click on "Family"  At this point you should see something like this: You will see that you can share game library with up to five other users. Now here's the tricky part. In order for this to work, you MUST have the other persons login information that you wish to share your library with/get games from. Meaning from the picture above. I had to sign into IT3ABAGUFOFOOD's Steam account with his username and password. (When you do this, Steam will not recognize the computer that is trying to login to the account. So, Steam will send an email verification code to the users current email address, to make sure that the user is actually supposed to be using the other persons account.) Step 5: After logging in successfully to your friend/family members steam account. click on the "Steam" icon once again, in the top left hand corner. Step 6: Navigate to Settings Step 7: Navigate to Family Step 8: (You should then see yourself in the box where IT3ABAGUFOFOOD is. If not, simply click on "Authorize this computer" and mark sure the box has a "Check Mark" in it. Step 9: Log out of friend/family members account and back into your own Step 10: Scroll down through your "My Games" list. If you did it correctly, it should look like this: For some reason not every game the user has will be transferred, but most will. Thank you for reading. Enjoy. Please give this a LIKE if I helped you at all. @[member='Pepsi']
  14. Hello from the Desert

Hola!  My names Kevin but in games I usually go by SylentGrim or Valenfor.  I been playing games since my Ti-99-4a days with Hunt The Wumpus... yea that should date me a bit.  Currently I primarily play PlanetSide2 which is where I found ADK.  I had been playing about a year ago but took a break for a bit and of course that game just isn't the same without a good outfit to hang with.     Other games I like are varied and wide.   My favorite genres are Simulation, FPS and MMORPG's.  I play a lot of the SOE games and right now aside from PlanetSide 2 I am BETA testing the new EQ Next Landmark.  I have done BETA's for a lot of Sony's past games.  I always enjoyed bug hunting as it's what I do for a living; though not typically in games.   I write code and do a lot of geek type stuff for a living.  When not in front of something with a CPU I ride motorcycles and bike.  Like camping and doing outdoor stuff like that.  Having kid's we hang out doing their various sports from ice skating to basketball.  Like one of the other new members, I am out here in the desert, so when it gets hot we either get out of town or hide inside playing games in AC.  Also like playing with microcontrollers and robotics.  I enjoy writing code that actually interfaces with the real world.  Like using ultrasonic rangers to mapout an area tied to a micro controller.    Looking forward to hanging out and playing some games and helping the group however I can.
  15. Just making this thread to help centralize War Thunder information, and just have discussions about the game.
  16. Idk if anyone would be interested but on my down time from playing Planetside 2 iv been getting into some of the Web Strategy games..   For example one of the games iv been really into is the FREE TO PLAY EA game Command and Conquer. its a Strategy game unlike its series of RTS style games this game takes place on a huge map and will take months to play. wile in an alliance your alliance can hold a huge part of the land and hold structure's on the map for added bonus. Like the series you can start out as GDI or NOD and once started the quest line shows you the path to get your base up and running. there are buildings available to support your friends or alliance with artillery support only to defend though.      Im trying to get enough People involed with this to hopfully get a Web Stratagy Games topic on the main games page..     Im always logged into the game even wile playing PS2. i am also willing to restart from scratch to find a server that everyone would like to play on Im currently on World 65 (USA West Coast) Alliance A Different Kind     EA's Command & Conquer - Tiberium Alliances    http://www.tiberiumalliances.com
