I am starting this thread for all of you who are proud to show off your custom emblems made in Battlelog. Let's see those skills! As you are allowed to make multiple emblems, post a link to any if not all of them. The best way to post them is to go to your soldier> overview> click on emblem [this bring up a bigger version]>right click>copy image url> then paste it in the image properties as a reply. Let's get some creative competition going when you have time! :P

I know someone else had shown interest in the possibility of starting an ADK member Battlefield Scrim League, so I am formally requesting a headcount of all those who may be interested, and if needed the proper leadership could spearhead this idea. Rules can be determined later if we can actually follow through on this, but here are some possible ideas I have: One/two night(s) a week, best night available on overall vote. Depending on amount of players, team captains are chosen and teams are picked by captains. Losing team chooses game type. Winning team stays together, losing team rotates players in if there are extras. If winning team wins more than 3 out of 5, teams are re-chosen for balance with new captains. Specified time limit could be chosen as well 1hr, 2hr, etc. If we wanted to we could figure out a point system for overall leaders and give awards and prizes via donations as well. I like this idea because I believe not only will it help strengthen our teamwork, but also get the community interacting with each other more. The competition could draw more gamers as well if its advertised in the server announcements at the beginning of matches. I would request that this post be stickied, or thrown up on the news page to get the word out a little bit if possible.

Ever wanted to chat with multiple ADK LoL Folks, but weren't able to get on team speak for some reason? Well we have created a Chat Room on the LoL Client and would like everyone to join! We've got a few pictures to help you out as well Step 1: Log in to the Client and Click the Chat room button Step 2: Click Create or Join a Chat Room and enter "ADKGamers" Step 3: Click the "Sprocket" in the Chat Room and select "Autojoin on Startup" This will put you in the chat room every time and allow you to stay connected with all the ADKGamers Folks! We look forward to seeing you in the chat room! This is also a great tool for all ADK players since it now allows us to invite each other from the chat room! We already have them pre ordered and two will be hosted in the USA (Chicago) and another will be hosted in London so we can still connect with our friends on the other half of the globe.</p><p> </p><p>What to expect?</p><p> </p><p>This is where things are going to get tricky. We are (as always) going to run the most popular maps and modes. The awesome thing behind crysis is that YOU CAN VOTE FOR THE NEXT MAP/MODE! With that being said, I'm pretty positive we are going to bracket in what EXACTLY are the definitive most loved must have game modes and map combo's. That being said, perfecting the server IS going to take time and it will get increasingly better over time</p><p> </p><p>What do we need?</p><p> </p><p>Well, that's obvious. We need YOU. We need players to hop into the servers, get em up and get some play time. That's it really. WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR ADVISERS AND ADMINS. But all of that will be more in depth and we will have the proper recruitment forms out shortly. And of course there will be an announcement so that everyone knows that we now have those forms.</p><p> </p><p>BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!</p><p> </p><p>Wanna do more than just PTFO? COOL! AWESOME! I gotcha, send me a message on the website with your E-mail address and I can send you a stream key to the ADK Twitch.tv account and you can have the chance to not only promote ADK servers, but our stream (which has about 400+ subs), Your OWN stream (if you have one). AND the community in general!</p><p> </p><p>But, my computer is leh old...</p><p> </p><p>TOO BAD, Crysis is on the same playing field as battlefield when it comes to graphics intensity! It doesn't require a supercomputer at all! Any box with a phenom II or higher and a GT 450 or higher can play!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Honestly, I'm going to be the person that says that Crysis 3 is the next up and coming BIG BOX type FPS online multiplayer game. BF3 IS DEAD, endgame is next month, and EA would not dare compete with themselves by releasing BF4 until at least next year. (Same thing Warner did with Man of Steel and the new Hobbit movie.) That leaves us with one question. [attachment=416:ADK_Merch.JPG] Here's a picture of some of the Merchandise/Promotional Material for =ADK=. My house is turning into a little ADK Merch Store. Ok, ok, onto the important stuff. You're probably looking and saying "A MOUSE PAD?!?! WHAAAT?!" And that is correct it came in this weekend, and I have to say it came out better than I expected! It's about the same width as my Steel Series, but not as tall. Also, it's not as thick as the steel series BUT I will try to see if we can get a thicker base for the pad. The cloth is slightly smoother than my mouse pad, but there was no issues with the mouse acting funky with the pad. (I have a G9x, it's a laser mouse for all of you who are worried because you have a laser mouse) There was a slight difference in the speed but again, this is something that I will look into seeing if we can get the type of cloth changed. Overall I think the quality is much better than I expected. And I feel that we will be able to get a decent product from this provider. I will be in contact with them and then will let you all know about the updates to this and if we go through with ordering them. Stickers - will not be ready to order for at least a week possibly. I will let everyone know when they are ready to order. Flyers - they turned out great, and I'm actually thinking about getting more printed off and then shipping them to people who would be interested in going to Internet Cafes, schools, etc, etc. . to help promote the community. So if you're interested let me know and I'll see what we can do. So far I have dropped some flyers off at 2 locations here in Arizona. I tried one GameStop but was told that corporate probably wouldn't allow it because of "competition" I got a chuckle out of that seeing as if anything we would be HELPING their business, but ya know. . it's all good. So that's the short version of the updates on all the merch. Stay tuned for more updates soon!

If you guys haven't been reading up on the forums, we've got some news for you! Recently if you haven't noticed we got a new Flyer Design. Well with that, we will be getting some flyers printed. With each order that people make I will put a few [url="http://www.adkgamers.com/topic/11473-adk-flyer-revealed/page__hl__flyers"]flyers[/url] and [url="http://www.adkgamers.com/index.html/_/adknews/communityupdates/adk-business-cards-have-arrived-r243"]business cards[/url] for everyone. If you've ordered anything recently, you'll know that there's been a little surprise in there for you; some stickers. People are only getting free stickers UNTIL the stickers that I currently have run out. I have ordered new stickers from a local company here in Arizona after VinasSol brought up the question about stickers again. I want to thank him for getting his friends involved in possibly making some stickers for us. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use him based on the price, which was still a very competitive price but finding something local and even cheaper is better for the community I feel. So thank you again VInasSol, I appreciate you trying to help out the community in any way possible, and this is what I would love to see from even more members of the community! Another big addition will be coming to our [url="http://www.adkgamers.com/store/"]Store[/url] will be mouse pads. I know what a lot of you will say "oh well I only like blah blah blah. . so I'm not going to buy a mouse pad". And with that being said I'm saying "Do you really think I'm going to go for a cheap product that people wouldn't buy?" The answer is no! Just because I look for the best price around doesn't mean I'm going to go for a cheap product. The mouse pads will be 11 x 17, and I will be getting a sample sometime this week. It's currently being shipped. Along with that sample there will be different cloth examples for me to try out and see how they feel and react to the mouse. I will keep everybody updated when the package arrives this week. It should be a good week for the community as we will be getting flyers, stickers and the sample mouse pads. Well one day I was just browsing through servers and I saw a server name that caught my eye.It was named ADK Sniping Server (Headshots only). I played in it for like a hour and decided I would join the community!Another reason was because there was someone using a aim-bot at the sniping server so I wanted to moderate the servers too!
