1. Amature Bowling

Been improving my game a lot lately.  Bowled my first 600 series a few weeks ago and have been bowling a lot of 200+ games.  Here is a video of some practice recently.
2. So I went to a party

Man I have been wanting to do that for a long time.  I keep thinking this summer I am going to do a whole pig and always end up putting it off.
3. I baked a cake

I love some banana pudding cake.  My aunt used to make all the time when I was a kid.
4. Amature Bowling

Bowled my new personal best last night in league with a 242 ...
5. Konvict's Kitchen ... Come see what's cooking today!

Today's new addition is a dinner we have a couple of times a month.  It is very simple and inexpensive to make.  My wife cooked this I just snapped the pictures and posted so she gets all the credit for this one!     Start with a package of Kielbasa, 1 head of cabbage, some extra virgin olive oil, and some salt and pepper.   Chop your cabbage and Kielbasa ...     Coat the bottom of a wok, large skillet, or pot with a light coating of extra virgin olive oil and then add your cabbage and kielbasa.   Cook on a medium high heat stirring regularly until the cabbage has a slightly browned look.  It should be soft on the outside but still crisp when you bite it.   It is good as it is but i love to add a little Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce ...   ENJOY!
6. America Vs. THE WORLD

Couldn't understand some of them but the facial expressions tell the whole story lol.

Next is a quick, easy, cheap, and filling recipe for a gamer on a budget.  Growing up I didn't have a lot of money and when I lived on my own for the first time I survived on whatever I could afford.     Ingredients needed: Bologna (ham works well also)  I buy my bologna and ham by the block from Save-A-Lot for pretty cheap egg bagel BBQ sauce     Either grab a slice of bologna or cut your own.   Get your Bagel toasted (can also use bread of your choice)   fry your slice of bologna at medium heat not too hot or you will burn the BBQ sauce when you add it but don't add BBQ sauce until after the first flip.   After the first flip go ahead and cover the already cooked side with BBQ sauce. You don't need a lot just enough to cover the top. Also be careful BBQ sauce will pop like grease on a hot skillet. Once it is ready to flip cover the opposite side with BBQ sauce. Let BBQ sauce cook in for 20 seconds and flip again and allow 20 seconds on the opposite side also.   Crack your egg and position it over any left over BBQ sauce on the skillet which will cook into the egg.   Add your Bologna and egg to your bagel ...   And tada quick, easy, cheap, and filling brunch.     Hope you all enjoy and keep an eye out for my next post bringing you recipes to try and enjoy yourselves.

So I love omelettes but half the time they don't like to fold so why bother when you can just make it dirty. Start by gathering all you ingredients ... Half a red onion, some diced garlic, chopped ham (you can substitute your favorite or what ever is available;ham, left over steak, baked chicken, bologna, etc), and 2 eggs ...     Get your skillet up to medium heat (5 of 10 on my stove) then add the onions and garlic to the skillet with some extra virgin olive oil and let them fry ...   Fry your ham or heat up whatever meat you decide to use to your preferences ...   Once it is cooked to your liking chop it into nice chunks ...   Scramble your eggs no need to be neat and precise here ...   Turn off your stove eye and add the ham, onions, and top with the cheese of your choice which is pepperjack for me ...   Once the cheese is melted move it to a plate or bowl and I personally like to add some chopped tomato and dill pickle spears ...    Quick and easy breakfast  for those who have time to cook. Hope you guys enjoy.  |B)
9. Konvict's Kitchen ... Come see what's cooking today!

Here is another favorite of mine.  Not my creation but they are really easy to make and taste delicious(goes really good with some spicy mustard).  My mother cooked these for us last time she visited.   Hard boil however many eggs you would like to make.  Wrap the eggs in sausage meat.  cover in bread crumbs and deep fry for 4 -5 minutes at 350 degrees.

Ingredients: -56 oz of pork and beans -1/2 Ib Brown sugar -Package of Bacon -1 large onion  -2 Tbl spoons of honey -1 Tbl spoon of molasses -1 handful of garlic -1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke -1 Tbl spoon of Worcestershire sauce -2 Tble spoon of mustard -1/4 cup of ketchup   Step one - cut bacon into chunks and cook in a skillet with 1 whole diced onion and a handful of diced garlic.  Cook until ingredients become caramelized.       Step two - Add beans, brown sugar, honey, molasses, liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup to a large pot and mix well.  Once the bacon, onion, and garlic become caramelized add to the pot also.       step three - cook on at medium high temperatures on the stove until it reaches temperature and starts bubbling.  Lower temp to low and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.     *NOTE* All ingredients may be adjusted to suit ones preferences in taste.  Also this recipe can be cooked on a smoker by using a cast iron pot andcooking for 3-4 hours.   Enjoy as a side for anything!
11. So I decided since i love cooking and plan on sharing any and all amazing foods I cook that I would make a thread dedicated to it all rather than making a new thread for each recipe.   First I will move my existing recipes over and then add a new quick, easy, cheap, a filling recipe that I make sometimes.  Hope you all enjoy my existing recipes as well as ones to come.   Let's start with my BBQ Pork on Pork ...   BBQ Pork on Pork   Start with a nice pork tenderloin and rub it down with a dry rub of your choice (I personally mix my own rub using creole seasoning, salt, pepper, Lowry's season salt)   Cook in a smoker for 2 hours.  Using a spray bottle mix 50/50 pickle juice and water and spray the meat down at the top of every hour. The vinegar in pickle juice helps tenderize the meat and keeps it moist and juicy while smoking. after 2 hours pull the pork tenderloins off and cover in a layer of BBQ sauce of your choice (I use Sweet Baby Rays) then wrap them in bacon and return to the smoker for another hour.  Ideal temperatures are between 225-275.     after 1 hour cover the bacon wrapped pork tenderloins in a generous amount of BBQ sauce and smoke for another hour.
12. My usual breakfast .... the dirty omelette

Not really sure what recipe you are talking about ... I have done this one, my BBQ pork on pork and Scotch eggs are in this thread http://www.adkgamers.com/topic/47964-cooking-with-adk-ash/, and homemade BBQ baked beans in this thread http://www.adkgamers.com/topic/53525-awesome-homemade-baked-beans/.  If none of those are it give me a general idea of what it was and I can probably figure it out lol.
