It's been quite some time since Valve has released a major game. The last one being Dota 2 in 2013, but worry no more they are making a comeback and will start releasing games again! No, it's not Half Life 3. . at least at this time.
The first game to be released from Valve since 2013 will be 'Artifact', a DOTA card game. Now some might say "A CARD GAME?!" and how it's a let down, but let's not forget Battlefield 1 and how much EA/DICE have let us down of the past years.
As some of you might know that after Dota Valve went more towards hardware and technology versus releasing games. Well Valve president Gabe Newell explained the reason for that as an investment to not the the PC gaming scene become a "closed, high margin ecosystem", much like other companies out there have become. He then went on to say that Valve now has the "ability to develop hardware and software simultaneously." Which isn't something they had 5 years ago after the release of Dota 2.
So let's hear your thoughts! What do you think some games that Valve might be releasing are?
