Some of the stuff is cool! BUT

The sword.... is all right to play around, but the limitation of unable to use anything else until a kill is lame.. The Banner thing, pretty lame also, instead of helping the team and your self, it just heals you as your team gets/makes damage, the spy knife is also worthless unless you kill a heavy and get the health that away, cause you start at -65% health and assume the health of who you back stab.

The war Flag is cool, marking the person so all hits are mini crits from anyone, and the hats are awesome! Though a bowl of rice for the heavy would have been pretty cool!

Actually the new banner for the soldier some how magically protects the team from crits. I gave a kritzkrieg to a heavy and he only did 3-4 damage per bullet while kritzed against the enemies while they had that new buff goin

and, it doesn't just heal the soldier, it heals whoever does the damage. it's just like the Mad milk.

The kunai is neat because of it's secondary effect: it forces players to play aggresively. To stay alive, you need to keep killing. Same with all of them, really. the sword heals you when you kill, the conch heals everyone when they kill, and the fan makes it easier to kill, so really they make everyone actually fight. Plus, the katana's 1-hit kill thing is pretty neat too.

Plus, I think you have the kunai a bit wrong. you have 60 max health, and it add however much health your victim has to your own in a slowly-decaying overheal, so killing a full-health scout or spy would give you +120 health (since the max is 180)

That being said, the kunai does need a buff. Maybe it could make the spy run faster or decloak faster. Or maybe decrease the health cut or increase the max overheal.

The conch needs a buff too; 20% heal is not very much; maybe something more like 50%, since it's so hard to fill the rage meter as it is.

I'd like to see them make it easier to use the conch more often instead of seeing them buff the effects to be honest. 20% heal through damage can be pretty powerful in its own right , and increasing it dramatically worries me a bit. Maybe cut the rage requirement by 40%?

Also, while you're right about the kunai's effects, I believe the basic idea is flawed for the spy class. Typically if a spy is spotted and they don't have the dead ringer, they go down fairly easily. Not only does this cause the spy to go down faster (initially) even when the spy is at max over-heal, they still probably aren't going to completely get away unless they're feeling rather tricky. I do like your suggestion about increased run speed quite a bit though, so maybe something along those lines might balance out the weapons innate flaws. Something I really would like to see added to the spy's arsenal though is an item that allows better imitation when disguised. Maybe an item that mimics weapon fire? Or perhaps something that allows them to be intangible for a select few seconds but has a no attack cooldown on the back side of the effect?

i personally love the new sword and fan...but the kunai can go suck a bag of dicks...

The fan is crazy if you can get the scout to hit a group of people. Two nights ago on Badwater our roof scout smacked a caravan of demos and medics coming up the main stairs, and I took them all out with one clip as soldier. While I was doing that, their second wave hit from the rear stairs and got smacked as well, a demo, soldier, and medic. They went down just as fast. None of them had ubers; I guess it was because the sentries were down. It was basically like using two rape trumpets in a row.
