Do you use a wrist pad?

Recommended Posts

As gamers, we're always on the computer and typing a lot so I'm curious as to how many of you use a wrist pad either for your keyboard or mouse. . or both.

I currently use a wrist pad for my keyboard, and started using it probably 2 years ago now and am not sure why I waited so long other than thinking that it was weird when people used them.  haha  It was a great investment ($20 or so) and it makes typing easier and my wrists don't start hurting after long days of typing.

I actually don't rest my wrists on my computer or my desk. Some people think I'm strange for hovering my arms while I work on the computer but it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

That's what I would do pretty much, hover my wrists because putting my wrists on my desk actually hurt a few hours into the work day.  So hovering helped but as time went on, started hurting. . so decided to give a wrist pad a shot and I love it.

I think I developed this habit from my laptop. The thing puts out so much heat while playing a game it was uncomfortable to touch so I've developed this spider hand method of using my keyboard.
