Healthy Meals!

Hey all! I'm a bit of a gym-lover, and I've been going there in order to lose weight, I've lost 3 1/2 stone (50lbs) so far, and I've got alot more to go, but I'm stuck a little on the meals side.



Does anyone have any quick, easy meal ideas that I can put together in under 20 minutes, that have balanced carbs/protein?
