The 2 main ways to claim rewards are in-game or through the official Hoyoverse website. In-Game: Open the Paimon menu and go to Account > Redeem > paste the code in the box and click the button the enter it. Valid codes will send rewards to your in-game mailbox. Website: Go to https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift?code=GiftCodeGoesHere Log into your Hoyoverse account, select your server, character name, and the code should autofill in the last box.
