Workout music

so as the title says workout music... i really need to get a playlist set up for the gym, if youve looked at my profile or talked with me for any amount of time you know im a big country music fan.. so i dont really have any knowledge of other genre's


so suggests for good music to lift weights too would be greatly appreciated.


Rap is fine with me as long as its not the pussy money weed kind of rap, more old school stuff maybe? idk

My workout music consisted of a lot of Savant, because their music had some parts that went really fast causing me to speed up, and some parts that would slow down causing me to slow down, and it felt like a very good interval type of music to listen to when doing cardio or pacing.


When it comes to lifting or body workouts then it switches to 60's-90's popular hits, to get the mentality going.

Heres my list on spotify that i use to when i go to the gym. I find its quite good pacing on running and doing reps on beat. Its fairly ecclectic and theres stuff on there that i dont normally listen to, but i find it works well in the gym.

well I can't help I mainly listen to rap lol. but when I work out I listen to five finger death and shit like that. anything that'll pump you up works lol
