Well, what I have is "overkill" for the games I play and I don't really "Play" video games that much, not as much as I used to..maybe 4 hours a day? I'm planning on building/upgrading a Dell Optiplex with an i7-7700. Said i7-7700 can still handle all the games I play even at 1440p which I don't play at, I'm a 1080p pleb still. This i7-7700 paired with a 70W TDP Card that doesn't require supplemental power, can just be powered through the PCIe x16 slot. But I totally get it if you're looking to make some money back off the build you currently have.
