First i go high dollar grab the 20 dollar steaks,

 

I throw them on a glass pan soak them in whisky  and  daddy yankles seasoning I'll also pluck holes so the flavor soaks all through them.

When I went to italy I ate a stake that costed me 100 dollars, It was the most tasty piece of meat I have ever had.

 

I'm not entirely sure of how it is made but I know that they marinate it and then leave it steaming for roughly 30 days and then it is lightly prepared so so that it is medium rare.

The sause that went with it was so good that I started crying...

 

Holy shit some foods are just too tasty.

I like mine more on the rare side with some salt and pepper graciously shook onto it with A1 steak sauce on the side for dipping and either potato chips or french fries on the side....I'm fat I know

2 inch thick strip
Sea salt peppercorn mix rub
Pan fry butter glaze sear all sides 1 min max per side.
Move pan with steak to broiler for 5 mins
Remove and rest it for 10.
Eat

Medium Rare

I like my steaks juicy with seasoning salt and garlic. 

 

I NEVER PUT SAUCE ON MY STEAKS  :blink:

I prefer mind on the grill medium well with salt, pepper, gralic, and some herb season can't remember the name.
