A few simple rules on how to dispute a ban. If you can't follow these than we won't even look to remove your ban.
  • Use the Ban Submission Form located HERE You then will use the subject "Battlefield 3 - Ban Dispute" to bring up the correct form. (YOU MUST REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE TO ACCESS THE FORM. If you don't register and log in to the website you can't use the form. Updated for SilentCarbide who thought he didn't have to register.)
  • Failure to use the Ban Submission Form will result in a locked "Dispute" thread until you create a new one with the appropriate form.
  • If your dispute has any sort of foul language towards us anywhere in your dispute, we will not consider un-banning you.
  • Try to explain what happened to the best of your abilities in a mature manner.
  • Follow any other requests stated on the Ban Submission Form.
So those are just a few simple rules we ask to follow before we even consider unbanning you. Please realize that we have many admins and leaders in this community, and not all are the "hated admin" that you want to complain about who banned you. So if you are mature and respectful with your response you will get further.

Some things to help your ban depending on what it is, would be:
  • Post a new video recording of you gaming
  • Use a webcam to record yourself, your screen, mouse, keyboard while gaming
  • Apologize for disrespectful behavior and or actions.
And please do realize having your friends come and help you is all fine and dandy, but do you really need your friends to back you up? If you truly aren't hacking or any of the other reasons that you were banned for, you should be able to dispute it yourself in a mature and respectful manner. So just keep that in mind. While we love people getting their friends involved in the community, this should be a time where they need to help you.
