BF3 - Battlelog Server Issues

We've been experiencing some issues with our servers, and we are looking into it.   It seems as though it's more of an issue with battlelog.   Read the article for more details.

Over the past few days we've been having some issues with our Rush server in particular and then tonight we started having an issue with our regular metro server.

If you didn't notice it wouldn't allow people to join yet it showed at least 4 people in queue. Well clearly that's showing something isn't right, BUT we're not exactly sure how to fix it. As we've seen before there have been issues with Battlelog lagging for everyone.  This leads us to believe that it's another similar issue.

We will keep you all updated, but please be patient as we have little to no control over any of these issues right now.    Please let everyone else know what the problem is as well.

out of my own curiosity, being that we pour hundreds of dollars Branzone's way each month continually, do our servers have CPU priority?

I ask this because logically that would make sense as to why they have a bit of lag, when the que is high so is the demand for system resources because the server is holding an open connection to 9-10 extra computers while actively communicating (a shit ton of) data to 64 clients plus DICE servers, plus the procon layer, plus everyone who tries to join but is turned around with "the que is full." IDK maybe im not thinking of this correctly but...maybe their shit is just nearing its load capacity.
Yes we do have high CPU priority but I wouldn't consider the lag from their end, as we saw with the lag previously it was all Battlelog issues. (link I posted in article) When that major lag was occurring I was getting over 100 ping to the server (on battlelog) yet when I did a tracert I was ACTUALLY getting 60 or less. So Battlelog added over 40 ping. . for what reason?

The procon layers are all individual layers on different machines as well. When they used to be on the same layer it was causing lag issue within procon, but not the servers.

The only issue we had with Branzone was actually the datacenters fault months ago which we got credited for, but other than that there have been no issues with Branzone. All of these issues are clearly Battlelog issues. And it's just like when TDM was stuck at 64 players after one of the major updates, we weren't able to change player counts. Well we could but it wouldn't show up on Battlelog.

Branzone has been amazing for us, and I will tell people if it is a hosting issue.
LOL its doing it to all ADK servers to me... i'll try a non ADK server.

*update*
I can't log into any server WTF!
At this time, the Metro Explosive is All screwed up. Queue of "6" with a count of 0/64. Something is definitly wrong.
Ping VIA server and battlelog can be all over the place, as why I preach ping is not a tell all, but a tool, and some times not reliable. It is a mathematical equation set by Dice and other game makers. The equation is not the same from game to game. And as AOB mention a trace route can and will change each connection. I have seen a connection from Seattle go through Virginia and then to Chicago and have a ping of 70ish. In theory the ping should be over a 100, closer to 150. All depends of hardware and name server set up, along with the backbone you are able to use to connect. (Fiber etc). Each data center you have to go through can lag you out depending on traffic, as a game server requires a persistent connection, and as the network fills it can cause issues as it may try to re direct you, or just resources used up.

Basically some one with 200 ping can play just as well then some one with 10 ping (in theory, and tested as fact). What does this have to do with our servers? Nothing really, I would guess players tried to join and their connection, according to battlenet, is stuck connection in queue. I have had that issue with the VOIP in Battlenet more then once, even after I restart my PC I am stuck in a VOIP connection.
battlenet ehy? Since when did blizz start messing with BF3 there @Bromance?

4 of our servers just vanished from battlelog, i would say for more then 30 min...

Yep, i'm starting to think its a networking issue between the Branzone servers and EA.
The only servers currently up are TDM, Metro Explosives, and Rush.

We will miss the others until they are back up. Hopefully we will get an update soon.
If it's a networking issue to the dice servers why would only 4 servers be down and not all of them? All of our servers are in the same location, so if it's truly a networking issue to dice servers like you say all servers would be down at the same time which isn't the case here.

If anything it could be a DDOS attack, but I'm not so certain about that because I'm seeing all the servers online on my procon but can't see them all in battlelog. That's not a sign of Branzone issue's, more along the lines of Battlelog issues. Like when we've seen people get kicked from our servers previously and they don't show up on battlelog.
Also was browsing some forums to see in the past few days other peoples servers have gone missing from battlelog as well at random times. So we're not the only ones. .
and now servers are crashing/ kicking everyone out of them btw.
