So after talking with our hosting provider it appears that there is something going on between EA/DICE servers and a few main server locations throughout the world. Over the past few days there have been a few things taking place. The NORMAL kicking issues that we've experienced since day 1 and then other network issues that are causing the connection to the EA/DICE servers to drop.
They are working with the datacenter as well as EA/DICE techs to try to pinpoint what the issues that started happening 2 days ago are. It still doesn't answer our problem of why they feel that kicking people from the server is a good option, but they are working to take care of this new connection issue that has arisen throughout multiple places in the world.
It just so happens to be that we are in one of the problem areas. Just our luck. . .
I'm looking to see what is going to be done for us, but for the time being all we ask for is your patience as we get this stuff taken care of. And I hope we can come back greater than ever!

::UPDATE:: They are working on trying to find a different route from the EA/DICE servers to the locations having issues since it seems as though a few places around the world are being routed through networks that are having issues connecting with the EA/DICE servers. And even if it's a connection loss of 5 seconds everyone gets kicked. So in reality it's not a HUGE issue since it might even be less than 5 seconds of connection loss, but it is a big issue for us because of how EA/DICE handles these disconnects.
